There will be a charge of 50% of the scheduled service for less than 48 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling, (72 hours for Friday, Saturday and Holiday appointments), and up to a 100% for any no-shows. This enables your service provider to receive his/her commission for loss of time. This also applies to gift certificate holders. Half of your certificate will be forfeited for less than 48 hours notice (72 hours for Friday and Saturday appointments), and the full value for no-shows.
